[Recipe] Lemon Iced Tea

[Recipe] Lemon Iced Tea

Ingredients:

2.3L      water
150g     sugar
60ml     fresh squeezed lemon juice
2          black tea bags ( I used Lipton Tea Bag)


Methods:
  1. Bring 2.3L of water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Drop the two tea bags into the water. Cover with a lid and allow steeping for at least 1 hour. (* Do Not stir or  squeezed the tea bag )
  3. Remove the tea bags and add the sugar and lemon juice. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves.
  4. Pour tea into a jug and add ice cubes until the volume has returned to 2.3 L.
  5. Refrigerate until completely chilled (at least 4 hours) before serving.
