[Recipe] My Favourite Chocolate Cupcakes


[Recipe] Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients:
100 g  chocolate bar (> 61% cacao)
170 g  unsalted butter
200 g  sugar
   4      eggs
70  g   flour
15  g   cocoa powder, unsweetened
3/4 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt

Methods:
1. Chop the chocolate bar into small cubes and transfer into the bowl.

2. Add butter to the chocolate and place the bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir until chocolate melts and butter is combined.

3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Let mixture cool for 10 minutes.

4. Beat in an electric mixer for 3 minutes.

5. Add one egg at a time, mixing for 30 seconds between each.

6. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into the mixture and mix using rubber spatula until blended.

7. Scoop into cupcake cups by ice-cream scoop.

8.Bake untill a wooden skewer inserted into the center of the center comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes.
9.Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes and remove the cake from the pan , Cool the cake on the wire rack before applying whipped cream on the top.
