[Recipe] How To Use Up Leftover Bread?



At times, Bom Bom would like to have a slice of toast as breakfast.
Yes, just  A slice.
Meaning I will have 5 more slices hanging on the shelf, being a creative housewife I have learned how to use my magic hand to turn the leftover to a deli.
So, here am I...
Ways to use up leftover bread!

Way 1- Garlic Bread

Ingredients: - For 2 Slices of Bread
4 gloves of minced garlic, 40g of salted butter (add a pinch of salt if you are using unsalted butter), pinch of black pepper & Italian herbs
Methods:
  1. Add in all the igredients in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds untill melted.
  2. Spread onto the bread.
  3. Bake the bread slices at 140degree Celsius for 20minutes .



Way 2- Sugar Butter Bread

Ingredients:- For 2 Slices of Bread
40g of salted butter (add a pinch of salt if you are using unsalted butter), pinch of light brown sugar
Methods:
  1. Microwave butter for 30 seconds untill melted.
  2. Spread onto the bread, sprinkle the light brown sugar on top.
  3. Bake the bread slices at 140degree Celsius for 20minutes.
